Natalie Williams, ITFS

Natalie graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College in 2009 with her Degree in Elementary Education.

She spent the early part of her career serving the Nash Rocky Mount School System as Special Education Teacher.  She later went on to spend 5 years providing         community based rehabilitative services to children and families in their home prior to joining the KidSprout Team.  

Throughout her career, Natalie has become proficient in executing Individualized Family Service Plans, collaborating with families and all members of a child’s care team to ensure therapy outcomes are achieved in a comprehensive and passionate    approach.  Natalie encourages families to play an active role in their child’s            development and growth.  She also understands and taps into an extensive           community network to support therapy objectives for all families she works with.  

Natalie possesses a thorough knowledge of the Infant-Toddler Program, including treating a child in their natural environment using resources available in the home.   She is an open-minded early education professional talented at incorporating a blend of traditional and progressive techniques into daily activities and purposeful play.  

Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and children.  She understands that choosing a therapy provider is a big decision, and she welcomes your questions as you decide the best provider for your family.
