Kathleen Hatlley, BS, CLS, ITFS

Kathleen obtained her Bachelors of Science in Family Studies Human Development with an emphasis in Child Development from the University of Arizona. Soon after graduation she moved to North Carolina, which she is proud to call home. 

 

After working as a Child Life Specialist in hospitals with children and their families, she decided she wanted to branch out into the early intervention field.  She fell in love with idea that not only was she helping the child, but the families as well. After working for a local agency for a few years, she managed her own private practice for 13 years, and filled the need for quality early intervention service providers.  Kathleen is now an esteemed member of KidSprout   Therapy and brings her vast expertise to the children and families

with whom she works with.

 

Kathleen has experience many diagnoses and challenges such as:

  • Autism
  • Chromosomal Abnormalities
  • Prematurity
  • Medically Fragile


She believes in supporting the families where they are, and coaching them to be the best parent and caregiver for their child

 


Kathleen is married and is the proud mother of 2 beautiful children.

In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in various community

outreach initiatives and spending time with friends and family.
