Angelique Shirley, PT

Angie obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 2000 from Stony Brook University—SUNY. During her clinical training, she had the unique opportunity to work at the level 3 NICU at Beth Israel Medical Center. 


After finding a passion for working with children, Angie has committed her career to helping children and families across our communities.     

While Angie enjoys working with a wide range of delays, she has particular experience in:


  • Developmental Disabilities
  • Trisomy 21
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Autism
  • Prematurity
  • Medical Fragility 

 

At the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Angie spearheaded an initiative to ensure that all children, regardless of socioeconomic status, were able to receive equal and quality therapy    

services 

  

Angie moved to North Carolina with her husband in 2006.  She is a parent of 3 young children, and she knows how important it is to feel comfortable and confident in a child’s care provider.  


Angie is always available to the families she serves, and she looks forward to being part of the team that helps unleash your child’s limitless potential.
